Wherever it operates, Voir La Vie has been listed as an NGO, Non-Governmental Organization, by local authorities.
This status gives it perfect cooperation with public health policies, which it contributes, modestly, to developing.
- Recognized by the Guinean Government on 12/21/1995 and declared on 09/30/2008 with the Guinean Ministry of Economy and Finance – NIF n° 004779W
- Recognized by the Beninese Government on 04/14/2021 by the Ministry of the Interior and Public Security under number 2021/108
- Recognized by the Senegalese government by the signing of a framework partnership agreement and a memorandum of understanding with the ADM association and the Department of Matam on 06/01/2019.

Association law 1901 and recognition of general interest
Declared an association under the 1901 law with the Bouches-du-Rhône Prefecture on 10/23/1994 and recognized as being of general interest by the French Ministry of Economy and Finance on 03/31/2006.
