1.7 tonnes of optics for Guinea

14 pallets containing optical equipment and consumables left at the beginning of August for our centers in Kindia and Boké in Guinea. 215,000 new frames, 42,000 ophthalmic lenses, 2 complete examination chairs and 2 assembly lines for corrective glasses.
That is more than 20 m3 representing 1.7 tonnes handled by our partner Centrimex which makes it possible for us to transport such a cargo to Conakry!
Thank you Centrimex, thank you to the HK group and EssilorLuxottica for their donations of equipment and a special dedication to Jean-Marie who sorted and classified, one by one, the thousands of pairs of glasses at the back of an overloaded and poorly lit room!

The aim is to offer the local population corrective glasses to their diopter of the same quality as those made in France!
